By using the best products on the market, Guardian will establish large enough barrier on the exterior to minimize any and all invasions from occurring. Exceptions to this rule can and may occur but we strive to provide the best service possible to achieve the best results.

A: No. All of our products are pet and people friendly. Let the treated surfaces dry before touching or cleaning. This usually takes less than an hour.

Q: Do I need to clean out under the sink and nearby cupboards before a service can be performed inside?
A: In most cases, you will not need to clean out under the sink or the cupboards nearby before servicing the interior. The only exception to this would be if a pest infestation was discovered in these areas. Many pests carry disease and will leave fecal deposits where they infest. We strongly suggest that these areas are cleaned out for your own health benefits and to eliminate any further re-infestation.
