Guardian Pest Services will do some of our best work during these months to keep your home protected throughout the year.
Q: Is it necessary to treat the interior of my home on every service?
A: While most companies in the pest control industry treat the interior and exterior of the home on every service, Guardian Pest Services focuses on protecting the home from the exterior. By using the best products on the market, Guardian will establish large enough barrier on the exterior to minimize any and all invasions from occurring. Exceptions to this rule can and may occur but we strive to provide the best service possible to achieve the best results.
Q: What insects does the general pest service cover?
A: Spiders, crickets, ants, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, wasps, and mice are generally covered under the routine pest control services offered by Guardian Pest Services. However severe infestations can occur and may require more difficult treatment strategies that are charged accordingly.

Q: When you come to service my home, where will you treat?
A: When a Guardian technician arrives at your home, he will first inspect your property and inform you of a strategic plan for treatment and future management of problem pests. Second, your technician will then apply top quality pest control products to the harborage sites as well as put in place several extended barriers around the home to keep these pests from being able to enter the premises again. These barriers are put in key areas that inhibit and control pest activity from occurring around the yard, the exterior of the structure and the interior of the structure.
Q: How often should I have my home serviced?
A: The best results come from having your home serviced on a regular interval. We regularly service customer’s homes on a quarterly basis to prevent and manage any unruly pests. If you are having problems between your regular service, Guardian Pest Services will return and re-treat the problem area at no charge.
Q: Do I have to leave my home during a service?
A: No. All of our products are pet and people friendly. Let the treated surfaces dry before touching or cleaning. This usually takes less than an hour.
Q: Do I need to clean out under the sink and nearby cupboards before a service can be performed inside?
A: In most cases, you will not need to clean out under the sink or the cupboards nearby before servicing the interior. The only exception to this would be if a pest infestation was discovered in these areas. Many pests carry disease and will leave fecal deposits where they infest. We strongly suggest that these areas are cleaned out for your own health benefits and to eliminate any further re-infestation.
